Basement Wall Crack Repair Injection — Done Right the First Time
Interior crack repair. No digging. No excavation. We seal leaking basement wall cracks from the inside out.
Stop Water at the Source
If water is entering through a basement wall crack, surface patching is not enough.
At The Crack Medics, we use a controlled injection process designed to seal the crack internally — not just on the surface — so water intrusion stops at the source.

Foundation Crack Injection in Ann Arbor
We repair basement wall cracks using a dual-process injection system that seals the crack internally and stops water intrusion — no digging required.

Our Dual-Process Injection System
Step 1: Epoxy Surface Seal & Port Installation
• We clean and prep the crack area
• We apply epoxy paste along the crack face• We install injection ports
• We allow the epoxy to properly harden
This creates a sealed containment channel so injection material stays inside the wall
— not on your basement floor. We do not rush this stage.
Step 2: Hydrophobic Polyurethane Injection
Once the epoxy has hardened, we inject hydrophobic polyurethane resin under controlled pressure.
When the material contacts moisture inside the wall:
• It reacts and expands
• Fills internal voids and hidden water pathways
• Stops active leaks
• Seals the crack from the inside out
How Long Does the Repair Take?
Most standard basement crack injection repairs take approximately:
2–3 Hours
This includes preparation, epoxy patching, proper hardening time, controlled injection, and final inspection.
We follow due process and do not rush curing just to finish faster.
How Much Does Crack Repair Cost?
Most professional basement crack repairs range from:
$790 – $1,200

Final pricing depends on:
• Crack length and width
• Whether the crack is actively leaking
• Number of cracks
• Whether the crack has been previously repaired
Each crack is evaluated individually before service.

Finished Basements
If the basement wall is finished, the drywall must be opened so the crack can be fully inspected and repaired.
We do not remove drywall or finished materials.

Is This a Temporary Repair?
No. This is not surface caulking or cosmetic patching. Our injection process seals the crack internally to stop water intrusion at the source.
